- if you are having and error message when using the "pay online" link from your your billing statement that was mailed to you. - This can be caused by your web browser being out of date or using the wrong zip code for your credit card.  You may download new Google Chrome browser HERE

 

- If you are signed up for auto payments and you are receiving this notice your credit card was unable to process.  This can be caused by an expired card or your credit card sent you a new card and we have the old one on file.  Please call us at 402-817-1717 and follow the prompts to update your card.
