Please you go to www.ais-ne.com/webmail to change your password.  You will be required to know your existing password to make the change.  If you are unsure what your password is, you will need to open a "support ticket" on the menu bar above and we can reset it for you.  This can take up to 24 hours for a temperary password to be sent to you.  If you don't have access to your email we can send you a temporery password via text message.  Please make sure to note your cell phone number on the support ticket.
